Douglas H. Reep
As Senior Advisor, Dr. Reep works with our Aerospace, Defense & Government practice to offer subject matter expertise and strategic support.
He has more than 35 years of experience in airborne, ground-based and naval radar, RF and AESA technology, and semiconductor devices, materials, processes and design. Throughout Dr. Reep's impressive career he has worked in the Semiconductor’s Defense and Aerospace industry, lead Technical Operations, served as an Adjunct Professor to Syracuse University and has published and presented more than 70 technical papers.
Dr. Reep has a keen interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education, and is experienced in philanthropic and notfor-profit fundraising. Dr. Reep received his B.S. /E.E., M. Eng. /E.E., and Ph.D. /E.E. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), Troy, NY. He is also a Senior Member of the IEEE, and is licensed as a Professional Engineer.
Doug has been a "car nut" since he was in High School and worked at local a stock car track and drag strip. A long time BMW CCA member, his recent attention has shifted back to vintage cars of the type he worked on at the track, including his most recent project, a 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe.
